Chatterton students have P.R.I.D.E.! As the school year here at Chatterton begins, students are showing their Chatterton PRIDE! In addition to CHAMPS we also follow our PRIDE rules in all areas of the building. PRIDE is another example of a Positive Behavior System (PBS) that we use at Chatterton!!! PRIDE is all about working together to create a better school environment!
P: Prepared
R: Respectful
I: Integrity
D: Determined
E: Excellence
On the first day of school, students were introduced to PRIDE and over the course of the first two weeks completed different activities. These included learning how to sort recyclable materials in the lunch room, charades on what is considered appropriate hallway behavior, skits on what
to do when in the office, how to wash hands after using the restroom, and so many more!

At Chatterton, students who are Level Ones or Twos at the end of each trimester are eligible to attend PRIDE Days. PRIDE Days are reward days for students to celebrate all theirr hard work and achievements academically and socially. Check out some of the photos below of past PRIDE Days where students got to participate in things like bounce houses, rewards breakfast, and wacky races with the staff!
